Missed a delivery?

Information regarding the next steps, such as where to collect your delivery, will be available online by 7pm.
  1. Search for your Card or Consignment Number using the link below.
  2. Check the Collection Point's opening hours and restrictions on who can collect your delivery, which is indicated on the card.

Arrange for a redelivery or redirection

Redelivery and redirection are dependent on the options selected by the sender.
  1. Register and login to MyTeamGE.
  2. Search for the card number.
  3. Select Manage My Delivery in the menu options.
If the "Manage My Delivery" tab is not displayed, the sender has not enabled this option.
Please contact the sender directly or collect at the address provided.

Missed a pickup?

If our driver was unable to collect your shipment, please login to MyTeamGE to arrange a new pickup.
Please call the number on the card if you are not the account holder.

Missed a return pickup?

If your pickup was for an item you wish to return, please contact the seller for further instructions.
